A: Perform a building flushout using a total air volume of 14,000 cu. ft. per sq. ft. of floor B: Protect on-site absorptive materials from moisture damage C: Use MERV 13 filtration media for temporary air handlers D: Install temporary ventilation units for HVAC protection 参考答案: B
本题解释: Notes:
See Indoor Environmental Quality Credit, Construction Indoor Air Quality Management Plan-During Construction, Requirements
For this credit 3 things must be done:
1. Meet or exceed SMACNA guidelines
2. Protect on-site absorptive materials from moisture damage
3. Use MERV 8 filters at each return air grille in all permanently installed air handlers if the air handlers are used during construction
Installing temporary ventilation units helps protect HVAC systems, but is not required.
A building flushout is required for Construction IAQ Management Plan - Before Occupancy (3.2), not Construction IAQ Management Plan - During Construction (3.1). |
